PARENT & TOT

Our Parent & Tot classes are the perfect place to younger children ages 9months to 3 years to enter the world of sports.  Stretching, climbing, reaching, jumping, turning, rolling, balancing, and pulling are just part of the experience gained during these classes.  Children begin to explore their surroundings, interact with other children their age, gain spacial and body awareness, coordination, and more.

PRE SCHOOL GYMNASTICS

Our preschool gymnasts work to develop balance, strength, coordination, spacial awareness, and even eye tracking and social skills in a fun, safe, and enthusiastic environment.  Learning the great sport of gymnastics can build a solid foundation for all kinds of sports and activities later in life; it can even help when learning to read!  From swings to jumps, forward rolls to cartwheels, the very beginning of a life long love of ... starts here!

RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS

Whether they're just starting our or have been in gymnastics for a while, we have a range of recreational gymnastics classes for school ages children of all levels!  Our recreational classes are a fun way to get in some exercise, stay active in your sport's off season, or build a skill base to work toward the goal of becoming a part of our competiton team!  We offer boys and girls classes at a variety of levels where athletes learn skills on all of the traditional artistic gymnastics events, but most of all they gain confidence! XCEL TEAM

Our competative girls team members grow as people and as athletes - while constantly working toward their goals as gymnasts, they also gain valuable leadership skills, learn about good sportsmanship, and develop lifelong friendships with their teammates. KATZ Team members participate in the USA Gymnastics sanctioned Xcel program where they get the opportunity to meet and compete against gymnasts from all over the state of New Mexico and sometimes even beyond our state's borders!
